Shipping & Delivery
Bluebird Grain Farms ships orders under 300 lbs via UPS and US Postal Service. Orders over 500 lb are shipped via freight. Shipping cost vary depending on quantity and frequency ordered. When placing a order online shipping costs are automatically figured into your order and you will have the option to choose what service you prefer. You may also call or e-mail our office during business hours to receive a shipping quote.
Bluebird Grain Farms delivers to wholesale customers in the greater Seattle area who place orders less than 500 lbs. Please contact our office for next scheduled delivery (delivery occurs about every two weeks April-September, and once a month October-March).
* Bluebird insures all of our shipments. Any products damaged in shipping may be returned at your request.
We will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable. If a returned package needs to be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will apply.
To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, we ship all of our products milled, and packaged to order. This is so that your flour and milled products arrive to you shortly after being milled. Retail orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of being ordered.
If you have an extremely time-sensitive order, please indicate this in your special instructions or notify us at email@example.com. We live in a rural area, expedited shipping can take 1 to 2 days longer than indicated, particularly for orders shipped to the East Coast.
Bluebird Grain Farms Product Return Policy
