Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups Bluebird Grain Farm’s Organic Soft White Wheat Flour
- 3 tablespoons organic sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch sea salt
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk together:
- 1-cup organic vanilla yogurt
- 2 large organic eggs
- splash vanilla
Pour wet into dry and whisk together--add organic milk to desired consistency.
Ladle batter onto medium high griddle. When pancake begins to bubble throughout, flip, cook pancake until golden brown.
Serve immediately with fresh fruit & maple syrup.
